Hi, I'm Kurt Clements

Husband, Father, & REALTOR

To commit to a process of growth and development, I'll let you into my personal life. It's one thing to rattle off your achievements, but it's another to share the good, bad, and ugly of your journey.

The "shift storm" is here. And I'm devoting my time, talents, and resources to helping agents that are just crazy enough to join us to drive massive growth in their business and life during the stormy economic times that are coming.

Here's a little about me and why I'm passionate about helping agents like us build businesses that allow for time and money freedom.

My parents were both born in the Great Depression Era and taught me the integrity of hard work.

When I was a youth, I learned that no matter the obstacles, I could achieve anything I set my mind to.

Marilee and I married after graduating from Illinois State University.

I was a young mortgage lender determined to be successful. But unfortunately, I was more worried about being a good provider and less concerned about being a good husband. As a result, I worked too many hours, often to the detriment of our marriage.

The Lord blessed us with our daughter Samantha.

It was easy being a father. I put her in a bouncy seat, and I could still work on becoming a success! I thought I knew what my priorities were, but of course I was wrong.

Troy was born less than two years after Samantha.

I have a wife, two children, and a mortgage. Yet, I was always on my phone, stressed all the time, working seven days a week and missing out on the stuff that mattered. I was failing as a husband and father.

Eventually, we started vacationing ever year when the kids were old enough to enjoy it.

While vacationing, I worked daily trying to put out 'fires' on files and keep deals together. I would do whatever I could to help my clients. But, I was clearly failing in the areas of my life that mattered most. Does this sound like anyone you know?

I earned my real estate license in 2008 and became a REALTOR.

My partners and I developed a small, full-service real estate company. But, while we sold a lot of homes and were making a name for ourselves, I was miserable. I had no balance in my life. Have you been there? Have you let your family down by making business a priority over them?

I have a lot on the line.

I'm committed to building my business in a way that doesn't rely totally on me. Unfortunately, most top producing real estate agents and team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom whatsoever. My family and I deserve more.

I'm building sustainable systems to balance all aspects of my life.

I've partnered with Game Changers Nation and Real Estate B-School, powered by eXp Realty, to help me achieve balance in all aspects of my life. I'm a Digital Marketer and a Community Market Leader. I'm not there yet, but I'm well on my way!

The Journey Isn't Easy & I've Made All The Mistakes Possible, But Now I Get to Help Others Get There With Less Pain & Struggle

Have You Ever Let Your Family Down Because of Real Estate?

Are you stressed all the time because of constant deal drama?

Are you letting work get in the way of taking care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually?

I often wonder on any given day:

  • When will the time I put into real estate pay off financially?

  • How can I stop working so many hours, especially nights and weekends?

  • How can I find and bring on quality people so I don’t have to do all the work myself?

  • How can I stop working IN my business and start working ON my business?

Have You Ever Asked Yourself Questions Like These?

I ask, because there’s quite a bit of misleading information out there in terms of growing your real estate sales business. Most traditional real estate coaching programs teach you how to sell more homes no matter what the consequences are in your personal life. And you end up working more hours to serve the increased demands of your business.

It’s a formula that doesn’t work if you want to have a life outside of real estate.

I'm building a profitable, systems driven business that allows me to step up in the areas of life that matter most to me. And now you can too!

Knowing precisely how many mistakes I've made, I know I can help others get there in half the time — and with less pain and suffering. And so I've decided to pass on the wisdom and insights that I learned along the way.

If you are at the point in your journey where you’ve achieved traditional success and it’s just not giving you the time and money freedom you deserve, it’s time to take a different approach.

It’s time to find out what you can do different to build a business worth owning so you have a life worth living.

Let’s Make a Difference Together!
